<strong>optimise<\/strong> the project that the design team is working on and make changes that significantly affect energy behaviour.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The objective of energy simulation goes beyond regulatory verification or energy certification.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter wp-image-25997 certificate?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">One <strong>Energy performance certificate<\/strong> It is a regulatory check that allows for the comparison of annual consumption and demand against regulatory values, verifying compliance with energy savings. <strong>DBHE of the CTE<\/strong> and issue a <strong>Energy Performance Certificate<\/strong>, but it does not allow us to comprehensively identify what we should do to improve its energy performance.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span the different elements that make up the building and choose those that are the most <strong>optimal<\/strong> along the <strong>shelf life<\/strong> of the building.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In summary, an energy performance certificate <strong>IT IS NOT A VALID TOOL<\/strong> for project decision-making because it uses too
