<strong>diagnose<\/strong> y <strong>optimise<\/strong> the project that the design team is working on and make changes that significantly affect energy behaviour.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The objective of energy simulation goes beyond regulatory verification or energy certification.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter wp-image-25997 size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"606\" height=\"437\" style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un certificado energ\u00e9tico?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un <strong>certificado energ\u00e9tico<\/strong> es una verificaci\u00f3n reglamentaria que permite comparar consumos y demandas anuales seg\u00fan unos valores reglamentarios, verificar el cumplimiento de ahorro de energ\u00eda <strong>DBHE del CTE<\/strong> y emitir un <strong>certificado de eficiencia energ\u00e9tica<\/strong>, pero no permite identificar de manera exhaustiva qu\u00e9 debemos hacer para mejorar su comportamiento energ\u00e9tico.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El objetivo de un an\u00e1lisis energ\u00e9tico no puede ser comparar indicadores previamente prefijados con unos valores l\u00edmite, sino poder hacer un ejercicio <strong>t\u00e9cnico-econ\u00f3mico<\/strong> de los diferentes elementos que conforman el edificio y escoger aquellos que sean los m\u00e1s <strong>\u00f3ptimos<\/strong> a lo largo de la <strong>vida \u00fatil<\/strong> del edificio.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En resumen, un certificado energ\u00e9tico <strong>NO ES UNA HERRAMIENTA V\u00c1LIDA<\/strong> para la toma de decisiones del proyecto porque utiliza una metodolog\u00eda
