BREEAM In-Use Certification for 9 Hotels in Spain

A BREEAM In-Use certification project was carried out for a group of 9 hotels located in different locations in Spain, all of which belong to the same owning entity. Additionally, a strategic planning was developed aimed at elevating the certification rating within a year, striving to achieve a higher category, and a recertification plan was established every three years.
