Complex in Greece

Project on the Athens waterfront, it will be Europe's largest urban regeneration development. It will constitute a new landmark for the city of Athens as it integrates a commercial axis, a shopping center, and a mixed-use tower (offices and hotel). The project will have six LEED v4 certified projects (New Construction and Core and Shell). The tower offices will also have a WELL certification.
