The Lake House project, conceived by the prestigious architecture firm Fran Silvestre, through an "Evalore Healthy Homes" process, has incorporated a series of health, wellness, and sustainability measures from international standards such as the WELL Building Standard that will make it a benchmark building in the sector. The measures, including filters that will improve indoor air quality, non-toxic finishes, and even those with the ability to eliminate them (such as photocatalytic paint) and circadian lighting, will make this building have the ability to passively care for the health of its occupants.
