The Wittywood Building is an office project located in the 22@ district of Barcelona. It will be Spain's first wooden office building. The project is pursuing both WELL and LEED certifications, both of which are managed by Evalore. Notable features include acoustic and thermal optimization, as well as the integration of air, water, and lighting quality control and monitoring systems. The entire building is constructed from FSC-certified wood, including cross-laminated timber (CLT) and laminated wood.
