Implementation project of WELL measures in a school project. It is the first educational project to follow the WELL methodology in Spain. Among the measures, the use of photocatalytic paint that purifies the air, the use of only low-emissive construction materials, the use of sensors in classrooms to coordinate ventilation needs, and the placement of sound-absorbing acoustic panels in classrooms stand out.
