The provider, responsible for the website, makes this document available to users, with which it intends to comply with the obligations laid down in Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all users of the website regarding the conditions for its use.

Every person who accesses this website assumes the role of user, committing to the strict observance and compliance with the provisions set out herein, as well as any other applicable legal provision.

The provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to provide prior notice or inform users of such obligations, it being understood that publication on the provider's website is sufficient.

Responsibility

The provider disclaims any liability arising from the information published on its website, provided that this information has been altered or entered by a third party unrelated to it.

The provider's website may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the user accessing the page) to carry out certain functions that are considered essential for the correct operation and display of the site. This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure it functions correctly. In principle, its proper functioning can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Nevertheless, the provider does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, or the occurrence of force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that make access to the website impossible.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

The website, including, but not limited to, its programming, editing, compilation, and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text, and/or graphics, are the property of the provider or, where applicable, the provider has an express license or authorisation from the authors. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to the provider or to third parties.

Underage

For the use of the services, minors must always obtain prior consent from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who are ultimately responsible for all actions taken by the minors in their care. The responsibility for determining the specific content accessed by minors lies with them, which is why if they access inappropriate content online, mechanisms, particularly computer programs, filters and blockers, must be set up on their computers to limit the available content. Although these are not infallible, they are especially useful for controlling and restricting the materials that minors can access.

The obligation to use the web correctly

The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with morals and good practices. To this end, the User shall refrain from using the page for illicit or prohibited purposes, or purposes that are harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, overload, deteriorate, or impede the normal use of computer equipment or documents, files, and all kinds of content stored on any computer equipment of the provider.

In particular, and by way of example but not limited to, the User undertakes not to transmit, disseminate or make available to third parties information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound or image files, photographs, recordings, software and, in general, any kind of material that:

(a) against the contrary, to disregard or infringe upon the fundamental rights and public liberties recognised constitutionally, in international treaties and other prevailing norms;

(b) induce, incite or promote criminal, denigrating, defamatory, violent or, in general, illegal, immoral or anti-social behaviour;

(c) induce, incites or promotes discriminatory actions, attitudes or thoughts by reason of sex, race, religion, beliefs, age or condition;

(d) be contrary to the right to honour, to personal or family privacy, or to a person's own image;

(e) in any way harms the credibility of the provider or third parties; and

(f) constitutes illicit, misleading or unfair advertising.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or issues relating to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish legislation shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit, with the Courts and Tribunals of Catalonia being competent for the resolution of all conflicts arising from or related to its use.
