In order to comply with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, we hereby inform the user of our details:

Object

The provider, responsible for the website, makes this document available to users, with which it intends to comply with the obligations laid down in Law 34/2002, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all users of the website regarding the conditions for its use.

Every person who accesses this website assumes the role of user, committing to the strict observance and compliance with the provisions set out herein, as well as any other applicable legal provision.

The provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to provide prior notice or inform users of such obligations, it being understood that publication on the provider's website is sufficient.

Responsibility

The provider disclaims any liability arising from the information published on its website, provided that this information has been altered or entered by a third party unrelated to it.

The provider's website may use cookies (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the user accessing the page) to carry out certain functions that are considered essential for the correct operation and display of the site. The cookies used on the website are, in any case, temporary with the sole purpose of making their further transmission more efficient and disappear at the end of the user's session. In no case will cookies be used to collect personal information. https://evalore.es/wp/politica-de-cookies/

From the client's website, it may be redirected to content on third-party websites. As the provider cannot always control the content uploaded by third parties to their websites, they assume no responsibility whatsoever regarding such content. In any event, the provider states that they will immediately remove any content that may contravene national or international legislation, morality, or public order, immediately removing the redirection to such website and informing the competent authorities of the content in question.

The provider shall not be held responsible for information and content stored, including but not limited to, on forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks, or any other medium that allows third parties to publish content independently on the provider's website. However, and in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider makes itself available to all users, authorities, and security forces, and actively collaborates in the removal or, where applicable, blocking of all content that could affect or contravene national or international legislation, third-party rights, or public morals and order. Should a user consider that any content on the website could be subject to this classification, they are requested to notify the website administrator immediately.

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure it functions correctly. In principle, its proper functioning can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Nevertheless, the provider does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, or the occurrence of force majeure events, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that make access to the website impossible.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

The website, including, but not limited to, its programming, editing, compilation, and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text, and/or graphics, are the property of the provider or, where applicable, the provider has an express license or authorisation from the authors. All the content of the website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations, as well as registered in the corresponding public registries.
Regardless of the purpose for which they were intended, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution, and commercialisation require prior written authorisation from the provider in all cases. Any use not previously authorised by the provider will be considered a serious infringement of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.

Designs, logos, text and/or graphics belonging to third parties that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any disputes that may arise concerning them. In any event, the provider has express prior authorisation from them.

The provider does NOT EXPRESSLY AUTHORISE third parties to directly redirect to specific content on the website; in all cases, redirection must be to the provider's main website.

The provider acknowledges the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights in favour of their holders, the mere mention or appearance of which on the website does not imply the existence of any rights or responsibilities of the provider over them, nor any endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by the same.

To make any observations regarding potential infringements of intellectual or industrial property rights, as well as regarding any of the website's content, you may do so via the email address listed in the identification details at the beginning of this document.

Veracity of Information

All information provided by the User must be truthful. For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of the data communicated through the forms for the subscription of the Services. It will be the User's responsibility to keep all information provided to the Company permanently updated so that it reflects their real situation at all times. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to the provider or to third parties.

Underage

For the use of the services, minors must always obtain prior consent from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who are ultimately responsible for all actions taken by the minors in their care. The responsibility for determining the specific content accessed by minors lies with them, which is why if they access inappropriate content online, mechanisms, particularly computer programs, filters and blockers, must be set up on their computers to limit the available content. Although these are not infallible, they are especially useful for controlling and restricting the materials that minors can access.

To this end, the User shall refrain from using the page for illicit or prohibited purposes, or purposes that are harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, overload, deteriorate, or impede the normal use of computer equipment or documents, files, and all kinds of content stored on any computer equipment of the provider.

In particular, and by way of example but not limited to, the User undertakes not to transmit, disseminate or make available to third parties information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound or image files, photographs, recordings, software and, in general, any kind of material that:
