Through expert advice, continuous innovation, and close collaboration with investors, developers, and architecture and engineering teams, We strive to build a world where sustainability is the cornerstone of excellence in architecture and property development. Evalore is within the business umbrella of Grupo Gesvalt, a consulting and valuation company with over 30 years of experience in the market.

Pablo Muñoz Co-founder and CEO

He developed most of his career in New York and London, where he managed over 50 sustainability and well-being projects across residential, commercial, and educational developments. A chartered architect with a Master's in Sustainability from the City University of New York and a certified professional in LEED, Passive House, and Multifamily BPI Building Analyst, Pablo is also a lover of nature, sport, and cultural diversity.

Camila Harguindeguy Civil Engineer and Sustainability Consultant

She began her career in construction, acquiring management and teamwork skills. Later, she specialised in her true passion: sustainability and energy efficiency. Her knowledge allows her to bring a comprehensive vision to projects. Always focused on learning and adding value to every challenge, Camila is also a lover of nature and passionate about travelling.

Israel Leal, Architect and Sustainability Consultant

Architect with WELL AP accreditation and a childcare educator, interested in the application of health and well-being measures in architectural spaces. Pursues a career in researching healthy spaces and well-being spaces that foster the harmonious and full development of human beings. Co-founder of the Tejiendo Visiones Foundation, dedicated to the development and research of pedagogies and educational programmes that promote the free and happy development of children.

Francesc Borrell, Industrial Engineer and Sustainability Consultant

He is developing his professional career in the fields of construction, renewable energies, and sustainability. Passionate about energy efficiency, he is a specialist in energy modelling, with the aim of optimising resources to achieve highly efficient buildings and providing solutions for the development of sustainable projects that minimise the environmental impact on the surroundings in which they are developed. In his free time, he enjoys nature by participating in various sports, as well as reading.

Núria C. Administration and Accounting

She developed her professional career within large and medium-sized companies across various sectors, living for a year in Brussels and another in Tokyo. She is a specialist in accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and analysis. Her professional experience is complemented by her studies: a degree in Business Administration, a Master's in Advanced Accounting and Auditing, and an Executive MBA from ESADE. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, walking on the beach, and hiking in the mountains.

She developed her professional career in architectural design, participating in residential, office and tourism projects. She specialises in sustainable buildings, focusing projects on the design of healthy spaces where the true value is the comfort and well-being of its inhabitants. Passionate about sustainability, holistic design and research, Laura also enjoys nature and practising yoga.

They have experience in residential and commercial project design. They are committed to a liveable and ethical built environment that guides them towards sustainability as a principle and they are passionate about continuous learning and the integration of evolving sustainable technologies, to drive built environments that balance innovation and responsibility. In their day-to-day life, they enjoy reading, exercise and travelling.

Juan has dedicated himself to the design and execution of educational, institutional, and multi-family buildings, always prioritising sustainability and energy efficiency. His passion is to create healthy spaces that are not only environmentally friendly but also improve people's quality of life. He is passionate about maps, curious by nature, and an amateur runner.
