Refurbishment project by the company 3G Office, for an office building in Barcelona city centre with BREEAM NC and WELL certification, which has achieved BREEAM ES Shell and Core certification at Excellent level.

The project served as a pilot for the application of the new annex to BREAAM ES for internal fit-outs and developments. This is the first project in Spain to achieve this rating under this certification scheme. Priority is given to the conservation of existing materials, the selection of sustainable materials, and key criteria such as acoustics, interior comfort, and air quality are addressed.
