A BREEAM In Use certification project was carried out for a portfolio of 9 hotels located in various parts of Spain, all belonging to the same owner. Furthermore, a strategic plan was developed to improve the certification rating within one year, aiming to achieve a higher category, and a recertification plan was established every three years.
