Office building in Poblenou to aim for LEED Gold certification. Among the measures are the integration of a sensorised lighting system, the adaptation of the building envelope, and the automation of solar control systems to optimise light intake, reducing heat gains through the windows, but lessening the use of artificial lighting. All these strategies were validated through an energy modelling process.
