We developed a comprehensive roadmap for the energy optimisation of a corporate portfolio comprising over 300 industrial assets in Europe and emerging markets. Based on the modelling and simulation of a prototype building (a combination of offices and warehouse), we defined the «Client Building Manual,» establishing optimal ranges for the thermal envelope, internal loads, and installations adaptable to diverse climatic zones.
