THE MOST AMBITIOUS HEALTHY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT 

The project «Casa en el lago» (House on the Lake), conceived by the prestigious architecture studio Fran Silvestre, has incorporated a series of health, well-being, and sustainability measures, guided by the "Evalore Healthy Homes" process. These measures, drawn from international standards such as the WELL Building Standard, will position it as a landmark building in the sector. The incorporated features, including filters to improve indoor air quality, non-toxic finishes with the ability to eliminate toxins (such as photocatalytic paint), and circadian lighting, will enable this building to passively care for the health of its occupants.
