This project carries out a comprehensive energy optimisation for CNEL's corporate offices. Through advanced simulation and solar studies, we selected the ideal opaque building envelope by applying a multi-criteria approach that balances investment cost, embodied CO2 of materials, and energy consumption reduction. This minimisation of demand allowed for the precise sizing of a photovoltaic installation tailored to the real needs of the improved building, ensuring maximum efficiency and sustainability.
