In this corporate office project, we executed an advanced building envelope study with the dual objective of maximising visual comfort and optimising financial profitability (CapEx vs. OpEx). Through dynamic natural lighting simulations and a rigorous cost-benefit analysis, we defined the ideal solar shading strategy, personalised by orientation, and prescribed the most efficient glass selection, thus guaranteeing a perfect balance between glare control, thermal insulation, and return on investment.
