First WELL Certification rehabilitation project for administration in Spain. The new office project will be located in the historic convent of Las Salesas in the centre of Pamplona. Among the measures, the integration of biophilic strategies, the acoustic and thermal optimisation of the spaces, and the development of a specific programme to house health and well-being-related areas stand out.
