A project on the Athens waterfront, it will be Europe's largest urban regeneration development. It will form a new landmark for the city of Athens as it integrates a retail axis, a shopping centre and a mixed-use tower (offices and hotel). The project will have six LEED v4 (New Construction and Core and Shell) certified projects. The tower's offices will also feature WELL certification.
