Office project in Barcelona's 22@ district promoted by the Property Colonial.This is Spain's first office building made of wood. The project will have WELL and LEED certifications (both managed by Evalore). Among the measures are acoustic and thermal optimisation, as well as the integration of air, water, and lighting quality control and monitoring systems. The building is entirely constructed from FSC-certified wood (CLT and laminated).
