A BREEAM In Use certification project was carried out for a portfolio of 8 hotels located in different areas of Spain, all belonging to the same owner. Furthermore, a strategic plan was developed to raise the certification rating within a year, aiming to achieve a higher category, and a recertification plan was established every three years.
